Charlock Stud started well in 2012 and had the following visits to the Winner's Enclosures:

1. Cailin Coillteach ex Kathy’s Rocket by Woodman won on 10th February, she won the same amount on 24th February at Dundalk in a 7 furlong handicap and on 9th November she won £3,208 in a 6 furlong handicap also at Dundalk. She was been placed 5 times.

2. Legend Hawk ex Kathy’s Rocket by Hawkwing won on only his second outing over 1400 metres at Capannelle, Italy on 14th Feb.

3. Cailin Coillteach ex Kathy’s Rocket by Woodman won £4,025 Ladbroke.com Handicap at Dundalk on 24th Feb.

4. Surrey Storm [ Montjeu ex Don’t Dili Dali ] won 3 yo Maiden worth Euros 4,000 to the winner over 2600 m at Lisieux, France.

5. Legend Hawk ex Kathy’s Rocket by Hawk Wing was placed 5 times.

6. Mafumo won twice and was placed four times.

7. Elbow Beach ex Impulsive Decision won the Class 5 Facebook 3 YO Handicap [ £2,264 ] at Ffos Las over 1m 2f by ¾ l and 7l on 24 August 2012 with a "gutsy effort"

8. Super Menifee (Yes It's True x Lulu ofa Menifee 2009) 5 wins at 3 and 4 in 2012 in Italy and placed 9 times.

9. Cut Me Loose (Singspiel x A Lulu ofa Menifee 2010) won 26th October at Dundalk as a 2 year old in 6 furlong race and placed winning £7,527 in total.

10. Santefisio (Efisio x Impulsive Decision) won Class 3 handicap (0-95) on 1st November £6,411.75 at Kempton Park over a mile. Rated 91 winning £41,189 in total and placed 5 times in 2012.

2011 Racecourse Successes

Charlock Stud’s racecourse success got off to an early start in 2011 with the following visits to the Winners’ Enclosures:

1. Hi Shinko [Shinko Forest ex Up Front] won Prix du Val Fleur in Feb at Cagnes sur Mer over 1600 m [1m] winning euros 11,000 – see photos below

2. Balata [Averti ex Manila Selection] won Conditions race in Feb at Mijas , Spain over 1800 m [1m1f] winning euros 4,500

3. Super Menifee [Yes It’s True ex A Lulu ofa Menifee] finished second in April over 2100m [1 1/4 m] at Siracusa, Italy

4. Blazing Buck [ex Anapola] won £1,706 in Victor Chandler 1m7f Handicap at Ayr on 25 May 2011

5. Two year La Salida [ex Anapola] won £1,942 Maiden Auction Stakes at Hamilton on 23 June 2011 FIRST TIME OUT

6. Super Menifee [Yes It's True ex A Lola ofa Menifee] won Euros 3000 on 28 May 2011 over 2100m [1 1/4 m] at Siracusa, Italy

7. Fabreze [Choisir ex Impulsive Decision] won £4,528.30 Class 4 Betfred Sprint handicap over 6F at Haydock Park on 2 September.

8. Santefisio [Efisio ex Impulsive Decision] won £4,075 Class 4 32 for Slate Handicap over 1m at Kempton Park on 19 September.

9. Bathwick Xaara [Xaar ex Anapola] won Class 5 handicap at Goodwood over 6F on 28 August winning £2,587.60.

10. Blazing Buck [Fraam ex Anapola] absolutely hacked up by 49 lengths in Class 5 Leicester Hurdle on 14 November winning £1,690 and giving over a stone in weight to the second placed horse.

11. Danski [ex Manila Selection] won 7F £2,501 handicap in Athens on 30 Sept.
