Racing & Breeding Opportunities in France

Opportunity

To share (4 x 25%) in the purchase of conformationally correct, well bred and winning but relatively unexposed French fillies rated 80+, aged 3 – 4 years to race in France. Thereafter to be put in foal and be sold in foal or with foal at foot. Mare could be retained if pedigree is substantially enhanced post acquisition. Alternatively and at lesser cost, but greater risk the acquisition of well bred French fillies as yearlings to race as 2 year olds and sale thereafter.

1. Purchase price c. €50,000 (100%) + TVA at 5%.
2. Training & vet fees are optional.
3. Racing expenses including transport costs are optional.
4. Insurance c. 5% of value.
5. Stallion fees c. €10,000-20,000 (100%).

6. Boarding fees c. €30 per day (100%).

Duration

12 months or more by agreement.

Chantilly, Maisons-Laffitte and Deauville.

Racing

Chantilly, Compiegne, Longchamp, St. Cloud, Maisons-Laffitte, Deauville, Clairefontaine. Racing replays available to view on www.equidia.fr

Boarding

Normandy & Charlock Stud, Northants.

Travel

Road, rail & air. Frequent ferries from most south coast ports including Portsmouth, Newhaven & Dover, the Channel Tunnel, London City Airport to Deauville St. Gatien.
